Our road to Rio...

After winning the national Olympic trials, we have one more requirement to fulfill for the NOC/ NSF official Dutch National Olympic Team. We need a nomination for the National Sports Association, which is achieved with a top 3 finish once or top 8 twice during the following regatta's:

European Championship Porto, Portugal (July 2015),
Olympic Test Event in Rio de Janeiro (August 2015),
49er FX World Championships in Buenos Aires (November 2015),
49er FX World Championships in Florida (February 2016),
Sailing World Cup Hyeres, France (April 2016).

As you can see a lot of important events in different continents!

This Olympic requirement, together with a full training regime and a triple continent regatta schedule equates to high costs which we can not carry on our own.

We need your help to be able to compete in our deserved position in the Olympics in RIO!!
